With HMV gone into administration and having it's debts paid off with several stores being closed down, how you think will affect their distribution of Anime Confused

Honestly, I never thought that they were that good in the first place (massively overpriced). I miss the good old days of virgin mega-stores. I now get most of my DVD's at either the MCM expo's or online.
I reckon that the animé that they sell will remain unchanged.

Anime Distro? The Net has been doing its utmost to distribute anime via its own channel. HMV went down the wrong path on its digital strategy but anime will probably go down a more community focused project - each buying what we like and then meeting more anime through peers.

I think that's not too bad.
