What do you think was the best film of last year? There were a few brilliant films. In my opinion:

3rd best - Kick Ass
This was a very good film, funny and entertaining. It is the best thing Nicholas Cage has done in a long time.

2nd best - Social Network
I should start by pointing out I'm not on facebook. This film was superb, it was clever and entertaining throughout. The performances from the cast were faultless and the time just flew by(in my opinion a mark of a very good film). It is defiantly a film to watch and which I'm sure will do very well this award season.

The best film of 2010 - Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
I really enjoyed this film. I laughed out loud several times and the action scenes were superbly choreographed. The time flew by. The plot was not completely obvious from the start (unlike most western films). The film has some truly great one liners, the best lines in the film come from Wallace Wells (Scotts gay room mate).

Honourable mention
Tron legacy, This looked good and was enjoyable (though it was predictable)

i think maybe everyone just agrees...
well, i'd replace social network with inception but other than that, scott pilgrim was undoubtedly the best.

and for the sake of conforming to the previous posts...
inception
an entertaining psychologicalthriller type thing. with dreams! kind of like oceans eleven meets paprika. but with better actors and less mindscrew respectively.

I ditto that Inception has blown most of the other films out of the water.
