I don't know, I didn't like it as much, though I suppose I wasn't paying that much attention, I was just listening to it in the background really.

Alladin was really good though, but my favourite disney film has got to be Beuty and the Beast, I love that film. And Jumanji was awesome as well. Very Happy

True - Burn-E very good too. I did like the way they joined the short into the arc of the main story. And a good link to the Ode to Joy conversation I was having with bobmarleypeople.

I haven't seen WallE either, though heard it's good. Loved Ratatouie though, absolutely loved the main theme used in it, Le festin.

Ta - am big fan of Tron.

Kudos to you for the Alex Proyas Selection.

The Crow is awesome. Love Dark City - much overlooked classic - watched many a time. I Robot was okay but pale in comparison to former IMHO.

LOL - missed this thread somehow!

Kudos for Tron, GaTCHa - it is an awesome film!

I'm thoroughly tempted to put my list as:

1. The Crow
2. The Crow
3. The Crow
4. The Crow
5. The Crow

But that'd just be silly! The director of the Crow has done some other V good stuff:

Dark City
I Robot

So I might include those, but a proper top 5 is difficult to decide upon!

Can see where you're coming from.

Pan's is beautiful.
Zoolander is laugh-ass funny
Couldn't agree more about Kung-Fu hustle - better than Shaolin.

I've not seen the last two - would LOVE to see Bubba Ho-Tep - do you have a copy I could borrow....please Rolling Eyes

For me (at the moment - because 5 films are hard and I'm always changin my mood and mind!)

NOT IN ORDER:

1: WALL-E - such a beautiful piece of animation and a great story - really bringing the characters to life.

2: Hot Rod - a bit like Napoleon Dynamite - this dude is a crap stunt man/kid. So many laugh out loud moments.

3. Science of Sleep - Michel Gondry film - enough said but I don't know when to shut up - a captivating, lovely film that mixes real live action with animated dream-like sequences.

4. Lawrence of Arabia - WOW! What a film. Epic in the true meaning.

5. Tron - End of Line.

This is a REALLY Razz hard quiestion, I love movies of all kind (i belive a 5 star film is something anyone can watch even if they don't like the genre). so what is your fav 5 films
1. Pans Labouranth - this is prob one of the best ever made films. It has an emotional depth that is very rerely found. It has brutality that reflects the period it is set ( durind the spanish civil) and a innocent beauty rarely found. Guillermo del Toro did an excellent job.
2. Zoolander - i never said i did this in order. It is stupid and idiotic but it somehow hit on ure genious. You have to see it a few times but it is great. With lines like, 'you are dead to me, deader than your dead mother'.
3 Kung fu histle - if you liked Shaolin Soccer, you will love this. If you have seen neither , then what have you done with your life (not a joke, seriously, what have you been doing with your life?)?
4 Bubba Ho-Tep - the greatest B-movie of all time. An old Elvis (Bruice Campbel ie Ash of Evil dead) and a (black) Afro-American J.F.K (John.F.Kennedy played by Ossie Davis) fighting off a Mummy in an East Texan retirement holm

And finally fith

5 Samurai X - just soo good all round it had to feature (for more info read my other posts)
