I regular read bleach, naruto, one piece and claymore now. Bleach is my fav now, one piece has a bit too much flash back atm, naruto is just a bit ok-ish, and claymore is too sporadically released. bleach at least feels like progression is happening instead of crawling along.

The reason we haven't seen everyones bankai is because he hasn't thought up enough good ideas yet. It must be hard thinking up a range of special weapons and powers fo a load of people to use.

I'm not enjoying it as much as i use to. I would quite like an end (even if it is just to aizen and the manga continues in a new direction). I'd hate to think of it dragging on and going downhill even more.

From what I've been hearing the recent filler is actually better than the recent manga chapters, which I find it sad to say is not that surprising. Sad

I would STRONGLY ADVISE that you do that. Though i did like episode 168 (where they make ramen) and the eyeshield 21 reference at the end of episode 161.

Where abouts does the filler start in Naruto?

After the battle in 'the valley of the end', about episode 130 I think. Then they did Crying or Very sad 3 years of filler Crying or Very sad and then began with shippuden. The american and uk releases are going to miss the awefull filler though.

Don't even mention that episode >.>

And the greatest annoyance is the timing of the filler.

They keep telling a little bit of the Espada arc, and then putting in filler. At least when DBZ dragged out the Namek stuff, it was still connected to the overarching story. Not just some random story that has nothing to do with anything.

By fairly interesting I was comparing to other filler eps of Bleach, I'd rather have a million different retakes of the start of the series than the cake making episode. Laughing

I ranted about the anime last night Laughing I haven't downloaded the latest episode yet. Read the basic outline on Wiki though. Huge amount of "Don't care".

Considering the Espada stuff started in 2007, it bloody drags.

I'd much prefer it if it just had on and off-seasons rather than pee-poor filler.

(And yes, on a slightly related point, I am glad I never watched DBZ on a weekly basis.)

Hmm, the filler's fairly interesting, if still filler. I wonder where they're going with this? Confused

There is not alot of difference, but i like to read it (and old naruto and one piece etc) whenever i have to go on trains. I like going back to those series as they are so long, and it is nice refreshing my memory of them.
